- Late in 1991 Cuc Phuong mineral water factory was established to exploit mineral water "Usually around" at Ky Phu Commune - Nho Quan - Ninh Binh; With rudimentary equipment, small market (within the province of Ninh Binh).
- On 07/12/1996 Cuc Phuong Mineral Water Company was established under Decision No. 1066 / QD-UB of Ninh Binh province. 1999 has been invested to build a mineral water factory in mineral water "Usually around" with its advanced equipment Botting di vittorio Macri Italia ".
- On 11/23/2005 Established Co. Cuc Phuong ELMACO mineral water, under the Corporation Electronic Materials and Mechanical tools under Decision No 845 / VLD.
- On 06/12/2005 Established Company Limited Mineral water Cuc Phuong ELMACO under Decision No 88 / ELMACO of JSC Electrical Materials and Mechanical tools.
- On 01/01/2008 converting Mineral Water Company Limited Cuc Phuong ELMACO into JSC Mineral water Cuc Phuong under Decision No: 01C / QD-EMJ of JSC Corporation Electronic Materials and Devices mechanical.
- From May 5/2013, JSC Mineral shift Cuc Phuong major shareholders to give Ngo Han Joint Stock Company. Ngo Han Joint Stock Company holds 96.17% equity of mineral water JSC Cuc Phuong and currently uses an average of 60 local employees. The company contributed billions of tax dollars each year to state and many of revenues and social benefits
